Mila’s practice focuses on the processing of personal injury claims arising from auto collisions, motor cycle collisions, and premise liability claims. She negotiates with insurance companies, and litigates against insurance companies. She also practices in the areas of insurance bad faith claims, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Most of her practice is representing plaintiffs and consumers.
She earned her J.D. from the University Of Oregon School Of Law. While in law school, Mila externed with the Honorable Michael Hogan with the U.S. District Court. She also enjoyed community involvement and implemented a mentorship program working with disadvantaged or at-risk youth. She continues to participate in community events in the Vancouver and Portland areas. While practicing in Vancouver, Mila has been active with the Clark County Bar, Inns of Court, and Young Lawyers Association. She also has teaching experience instructing Business Law at Clark College.
Outside the office, Mila enjoys spending time with her family, and enjoys running, soccer, singing, and the theater.
